Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and objectives.
- Manage the social media platforms for Amazon, overseeing the creation and sharing of relevant content.
- Engage with our audience by responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Analyze performance metrics and ROI of social media campaigns to improve engagement and content strategy.
- Coordinate with graphic design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that Amazon maintains a competitive edge in social media engagement.
- Foster partnerships with influencers and other brands to expand Amazon's reach.
- Monitor brand mentions across social platforms and develop strategies to enhance brand reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a high-revenue environment.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including their analytics tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and formulate strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
